My skinny outfit
I have a skinny outfit that I must fit into by the end of this year. They are a pair of skinny jeans and a small tiny shirt with non stretchable sleeves. The first time I tried it on, I had a difficult time putting on the pants and a terrible time taking off the shirt. My arms were too fat that it began to turn red from how tight it was. A couple of days ago I was able to slip on the pants much easier and taking of the top wasn’t too bad. I’m almost there! If i lose more weight, the pants will slip on perfectly and the top will look looser on the sleeves. I am 4-5 months away before the year ends. I GOT THIS! :)

Im going to try and attempt to lose 20 pounds in 30 days by doing the “slow carb diet”. Don’t worry, its not dangerous. :)
I went to the grocery store and bought all the foods needed for this diet.
- pinto beans
- black beans
- chick peas
- cans of tuna
- eggs
- salad
- frozen veggies
I’m going to start monday. Wish me luck! I have a strong feeling this is going to work. WHEN it does, I’ll tell you guys about it :D
